EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
EL ROI Foundation conducted a charitable visit to Kasoa Polyclinic, providing essential medical assistance to patients in need. Our team arrived at 8:00am and met with the hospital manager to obtain approval and brief them on our project.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Objective: Provide medical assistance to vulnerable patients.
Duration: October 1, 2024 (8:00am -12:00pm).
Location: Kasoa Polyclinic.
Foundation: 5,000 GH Cedis, generously donated by the founder of EL ROI Foundation.
IMPLIMENTATION
⦁ Arrival and Initial Meeting: Our team arrived at 8:00am and met with hospital manager.
⦁ Project Briefing: We briefed the manager on our objective and scope.
⦁ Patient Identification: Hospital staff helped in identifying patient in need.
⦁ Project Execution: We provided medical assistance to identified patients.
⦁ Conclusion and Departure: We concluded our project at 12:00pm.
ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
⦁ Oxygen Cylinders for two (2) patients
⦁ X-RAY Service for two(2) patients
⦁ Liquid profile for one (1) patient
⦁ Laboratory Test for two (2) patients
⦁ Discharge Fees for two (2) patients
⦁ Medical Bills settlement for patients in need
BENEFICIARIES
Seven patients benefited from our project, receiving vital medical assistance.
VOLUNTEER SUPPORT
Four individuals volunteered their time to support our project.
IMPACT
Our intervention alleviated financial burdens, enabling patient to focus on recovery
LESSON LEARNT
The basic lesson we learnt from this project is that life is precious and more valuable than money. This experience reinforced our commitment to prioritizing humanity.
CONCLUSION
EL ROI Foundstion's visit demonstrated our commitment to supporting vulnerable patients.
